Severe Stomach Pain: Fast Food - Jack in the Box, Phoenix Arizona

Got a late meal at about 1 am had two jr jumbo jacks both no cheese and also some fries. Went home ate then slept. A couple hours later into my sleep my severe sharp stabbing stomach pains woke me up I was in so much pain I was in shock I didnt understand. I tried to go back to bed (didnt work) and instead another round and it seemed to be getting worse. I ended up rushing to the bathroom to throw up a lot and also had severe diarrhea. Sitting in pain was the worst thing ever I had the chills all over my body and I was getting real hot (fever).
