I want to the drive-through on the tone twentyfourth late night ordered a chicken club sandwich when back to planet Hollywood set at the bar in a my combo mill. Within a few hours I became very sick diarrhea throwing up I suffer all night cold sweats on very very sick early morning my friend picks me up and I tell him when I go to hospital I go to the ER Southern hills medical center Las Vegas Nevada they diagnosed me as having severe food poisoning which result in sepsis almost died I was bleeding internally I know it was from the sandwich that I 8 from the Jack in the Box in 8A hole in my I have 2 surgeries in the ER for 4 days almost died I soon found out that 60% of the people that contact is die from it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
