Thursday October 27th 12 noon 2 beef hard shell taco purchased (1) eaten 1/2
Symptoms began an hour after and have been severely sick X6 days. Went to urgent care fecal sample submitted for testing of bacteria
I am filing a claim for 100% reimbursement of medical bills
And reporting to NYSDOH and CDC | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
