I ate some Chex mix Monday morning. A couple hours later my stomach was not feeling very good. By 9 pm I was throwing up with diarrhea and bad stomach cramps . This morning I am feeling 95 percent better. My blood sugar was very high this morning and I lost 4 pounds. I wish I could keep that off but it's not going to happen. It's too bad because I like Chex mix. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Vomiting
