Tuesday May 21, 2024 ordered a peanut butter mood and razzmatazz from the Placerville Jamba juice. However, I received another parties order and could not tell with certainty as to the drink I received. I experienced severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I received emergency medical treatment from Mercy Folsom on May 23 at 10 o’clock. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
