I went to Jasons deli in North Little Rock on Thursday 11/29/2018 at 4pm. I ordered the managers special. Half California club sandwich, cup of beef stew, fruit and a slice of carrot cake. Everything tasted normal but approx 30-45 mins after eating, i became violently ill! It is now 745 AM on Friday 11/30 and I am still very sick. Hoping this passes soon. If I had to guess, i would think I got sick from the beef stew. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
