Ate at Jason's Deli today around noon, and started feeling nauseous and diahreah 1-2 hours later. Had the salad bar and a cup of chicken pot pie soup.
Took some activated charcoal. Just started with chills and still diahreah and feel like vomiting. Bad cramping. Did not eat anything else today. I was feeling great before dining at Jason's Deli. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
