I ate a regular size philly cheese steak sandwich at 2:00 pm on 11-9-19 . At about midnight that night I started feeling severe stomach cramps that almost made me go to the ER thinking maybe I had appendicitis. I refrained from that because within the next 10 minutes my intestines were growling like a mad dog & I was sitting on the toilet trying to have a bowel movement & vomiting in a trash can at the same time . I could taste the cheese steak while vomiting so I then knew it was food poisoning as I have had it before about 20 years earlier . I am now on day 4 & my stomach still hurts & growling but nothing to the extent it was . I feel I’m one more watery bowel movement from this hopefully being the end of it . I’ve had the cheese steak sandwich numerous times & this was the first time the bread was soggy when I brought it home . I will never eat there again in my life . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
