Additional information: On 3-13 I purchased the Italian sub for lunch and had an Italian bowl for dinner, had mini chocolate chip cookies, 30-45 minutes later I had severe stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea, I then vomited severely multiple times. I was unable to walk without either committing or having diarrhea. I was sick for several days and it took me a week to feel right.
