Ordered Roast Beef on 3/6/2022 4:30pm tomatoes no condiment had some kind of dressing on it I did not order ate it any way three hours later was sick all night stayed in the bathroom all night until the next day really sick day and half ,still feel weak. contacted Rhode Island Health Department filled a a complaint | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness

Also went here last week. Boyfriend had roast beef and turkey, got sick. I had turkey and got sick a few days later. I wonder if it was the lettuce? Did you have lettuce?
Clearly someone not washing they hands or touching their phone and making sandwiches
