Additional Information: I ate a taco dinner appreciate 6 hrs before that The refried bean side dish smelled and tasted " burnt." I had several bites of them before I stopped eating the rest. like I said it could've been either the beans from El Nuevo Taconazo Restaurant located at 5849 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629 or several of the cracked eggs which were a 30 count package purchased at jewel osco 9424 S Pulaski Rd, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 I had made a cake with the eggs and ate a few slices immediately following the taco dinner. Whatever or whomever caused my extreme pain, which I'm presently still enduring it is not an issue that should go unreported. thank you | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
