Additional information: Bloody stool only. Got the Jimmy Deans Turkey, Egg White, and Cheese on an English muffin breakfast sandwiches on March 1st 2024. It was the only thing I ate today and now I have bloody stool. I have no vomiting only stomach discomfort and bloody stool with a medium shade of red, definitely not bright but not brown. I know it to be this food because the previous time I ate from this same batch I had stomach discomfort. I had written it off then to be a one off. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool
