I ordered the #6 Veggie for dinner with delivery through an app. My spouse also got a sub but it only had tomatoes and lettuce and not other veggies. Eight hours later at 2am I woke up with stomach cramps. I had vomiting throughout the day and severe diarrhea the following two days with fever of 100-102. Went to urgent care and was told it’s probably food related and got antibiotics and nausea meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Nausea, Fever
