I got a sandwich delivered to my home on April 15th 2021. I also ordered regular Chips, a Medium Coke and a Chocolate Chip Cookie.
I ate the whole sandwich, chips, and cookie and drank all of the coke. Within 10 minutes I was throwing up and had the worst Diarrhea and it went on for quite awhile. I am still unable to eat anything but crackers and dry cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
