Italian style sub was the only thing I had eaten in the last 18 hours. Started with nausea 2-4 hours after eating. I have been up with nausea, vomiting and horrible diarrhea for the past 32 hours. I contacted the store to inform them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
