Wensday I ate here and Thursday at 1:00pm it hit me and another guy. Don't know. There was a third guy with us and now he is sick. Probably the lettuce not for sure. All 3 of us ate there and where all off work today. I'm the only 1 that went to the doctor because I was in severe pain. They are hurting as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
