Food Safety Report: Josie's Restaurant, 66th Street, Lubbock, TX, USA.

Josie's Restaurant, 66th Street, Lubbock, TX, USA

5719 66th Street, Lubbock, 79424 Texas, United States

I had a sausage egg & cheese burrito. I started having sever diarrhea, nausea, & vomiting about an hour after eating the burrtito. I developed a fever & my symptoms lasted all day. My vomting got so bad I had to go to the doctor to get perscribed medicine to stop the nausea & vomiting. DO NOT EAT HERE. When ordering, I even noticed a sign by the cash register saying sometimes along the lines of "uncooked eggs may cause a food-Bourne illness" as if they had already gotten countless people sick from their food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
