Coleslaw Illness, Hospitalized Duo - KFC, Singapore

3 years ago reported by user-fnmn4426 business

Jurong West Street 51, KFC, Hong Kah Point, Singapore

501 Jurong West Street 51, Singapore, 640501 Singapore

On 11/09/22, my cousin & I went here eat the cheesy melts meal with coleslaw included. However, the coleslaw was strange, and it made us throw up. When I got home, I started having more than 15 times of vomiting, as well as many runs to the bathroom due to a severe stomach ache and diarrhea. My cousin also frequently puked, and as a result, the two of us ended up in the hospital. I am hospitalised for 1 day & my cousin had to stay under observation. The nurse determined that since the chicken had been fried, the coleslaw must be contaminated. This is the only thing that we eat, the rest of my other meals is also consumed by rest of family and they are all fine | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
