Pastrami Illness: Vomit, Diarrhea - Katz's Delicatessen, New York New York

I visited yesterday after being a NY native and never been there. I was very excited and ordered the pastrami sandwich. It was good, but in the middle of my sleep at 11 PM, I had terrible, red vomit from all the meat. I later had diarrhea in the morning now, when I’m typing this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
