I visited yesterday after being a NY native and never been there. I was very excited and ordered the pastrami sandwich. It was good, but in the middle of my sleep at 11 PM, I had terrible, red vomit from all the meat. I later had diarrhea in the morning now, when I’m typing this.

I had a 1/2 Pastrami sandwich and 1/2 Reuben Corned Beef sandwich there yesterday and about 9 hours later I had bad stomach pain, cramps and diarrhea. It was the only food I had that day, so it must be from there.
