Special K Cereal Reaction - Kellogg, Tucker Georgia

I have eaten Special K Original for a long time, but the past couple of years I have had episodes of vomiting/diarrhea a short time after eating it...i tried different milk thinking a milk allergy, perhaps, but, after having other dairy products like cottage cheese with no ill effects, i realized the cereal must be causing it, quit the cereal and no more sickness.

update 06/10: since i stopped eating special k near the beginning of 2022, i have had no further ill incidents...i still have 4 unopened boxes.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
