Today, sweet chilli wrap or popcorn chicken I ate my meal in the car around 1.10pm today, I hadn’t had anything else since Breakfast which was yogurt and museli at 8.30am. By 3pm I was having stomach cramps, I’ve been asleep from exhaustion/chills since 4pm today and only waking up to vomit or have diarrhoea. I’m now extremely thirsty but can’t keep anything down. | Symptoms: Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
