On 6/13/22, I went through their drive-thru and ordered 2-3 piece white meat chicken dinners, one for me and one for my brother. The only difference in the meals were the sides:. I ordered cole slaw and he didn't. The next day, I was very ill with severe diarrhea; my brother did not get sick. I believe the cole slaw got tainted when it was packed in the same box with the hot chicken. I took the receipt the same day I was ill back there and told the manager what happened; she became argumentative and would not issue me a refund. | Symptoms: Other
