Yesterday (Thursday 6 Mar) I ordered two sliders and a regular chips from City Cross kfc at around 2:30 PM, that night around 8:30 PM I started having horrible lower back pain and stomach cramps, I thought it was from my workout earlier in the day and brushed it off but it kept getting worse and the exercises I performed wouldn't have aligned with lower back pain, I woke up Friday morning at around 3:50 AM feeling nausea, the imminent feeling as if I was about to vomit, and felt like I also needed to use the bathroom, I had some lemonade after and went back to sleep, I woke up at 9 AM and within five minutes felt the imminent feeling I had to vomit, which I tried to withhold, yet that failed and I vomited once. I'm writing this fifteen minutes after that incident at 9:20. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Cramps
