KFC Meal Causes Illness - KFC Inala, Inala Queensland

On the 11/10/2016 Tuesday Between 11:00-11:15am , I went through KFC drive through in Inala. I ordered a regular ultimate box with all general items and chose one original piece, Pepsi max for drink and changed potato gravy to just gravy and also order a dinner roll with this. I went back home and consumed this meal at 12. (I did not consume and liquid or food before this meal, and was in normal Heath conditions). I did not eat any other food after KFC. By 5pm when I was in Central Brisbane I started feeling nauseous and had abdominal pain, headache and felt heated. By the time I was driving home I really started to feel like I was going to vomit and got out a plastic bag, as I was driving I started vomiting it was 6pm and I was near my home in Forest Lake. After that I kept vomiting almost every 45mins until I went to bed at 11:30pm. I could physically see the chicken coming out, of all products I believe it was the original recepie chicken piece. I also started getting diarrhea during this and needed to go to the bathroom every 45 mins aswell. It was becoming a very painful process and it was 8pm, doctors where closed so I called a outside hours doctor 13 SICK the doctor couldn't arrive until 10:45pm and as I was in total discomfort I waited, the doctor arrived and checked my breathing and temperature which was not a concerning problem, the doctor diagnosed me with Viral Gastroenteritis. I can be 100% that the cause of this was by the food consumed by KFC. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Headache
