Ordered a zinger tower burger meal with 2 hot wings and gravy, finished eating at around 7:30pm and everything was fine until I got ready for bed, woke up at 2 am as couldn't sleep due to stomachs pains which continued through the night until 7 am . I vomited 3 times and had dhiarrea and a fever. Had to miss work because I can't get out of bed due to fever and weakness. Everything I drink water comes straight back out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
