Toddler Sick After Kids Meal - Walmart, Caldwell Idaho

My son age 1 ate a kids cuisine for dinner around 8pm on May 3rd, 2024. He ate the chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and corn, but not the brownie. He threw up in the middle of the night and again early around 9am the following morning as well as having diarrhea multiple times. He Had a fever the following night at 7pm. We are now on day 3 and still not feeling well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
