I ate kix cereal and felt sick immediately afterwards. Nausea for hours, stomach pains that were so bad I was crying. Diarrhea so bad it was just water and constant all day. It’s the next day and I still feel awful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had a bowl of Shreddies and had the exact same episode for 7 hours....4 hours after I ate it. Never again will I eat cereal.
