I ate kix cereal and felt sick immediately afterwards. Nausea for hours, stomach pains that were so bad I was crying. Diarrhea so bad it was just water and constant all day. It’s the next day and I still feel awful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Teriyaki ckn for lunch. Went back on floor and began feeling nausea. Went to rest room and up everything came. Left work shortly thereafter for home 15 minute ride. Got home continued to throw once more. Took a 4 hour nap and woke up feeling much better.… See more
