Possibly Soup from a restaurant , Was the only one to eat soup and have a soda from here in my group. Started feeling nauseous 5 hours after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea 5.5-6 hrs after | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
