My daughter had vegetable sushi and miso soup 8/8/21 at noon. By 7pm she was vomiting every 10 minutes for over 8 hours followed by a severe headache until 8/9 til 10 pm causing her to miss a day of work, unpaid. As her Mom,I tried to reach local restaurant due to concern for my daughter as well as others. It took almost two hours and four phone calls before I could reach Manager. All he could say was how he had only been there 4 weeks and what corporate policy was. I interrupted to tell him an apology or inquiry into my daughters health would of taken this into an entire new direction. He texted me to forward any receipts and was filing an incident report. By then all immediate care centers closed and our hospital ER had wait time over 3 hours. On 8/9 am took her for hydration IV ( ironically the nurse had had food poisoning from sushi at this same location!). In an email I forwarded receipts however two to corporate were blocked! I never received any feedback from him today, via email or text.
I file a complaint with Fulton Co Board of Health along with post on Nextdoor… over 20 people have had a similar experience and referred me to this site. I only want my daughter to feel better, be reimbursed for the expenses and help prevent anyone from having this experience! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache
