Today I had a bowel of Honey Nut Cheerios, General Mills. 1 hour after eating the cereal I became very sick. I had a terrible stomach ach with severe cramps could verily walk, dizziness, headache and Diarrhea on going. The Serial number on the box is 10, The Cheerios caused it. That's the only thing I had for breakfast I know for certain that it was the Cheerios. I have never felt this bad in my entire life after eating Cheerios. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
