I bought a Fried Chicken from the deli on Thursday July 11th. I also bought some potato salad and ate it that evening. Friday morning I got up feeling sick to my stomach and not having any appetite. I kept getting worse as the day got longer and developed fever and body aches. I had a lot of nausea all day long it was in the evening about 6:30 p.m. when I finally threw up. It lasted over 15 minutes I also developed diarrhea. I was so weak I could barely move couldn't even hold water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite, Body Ache, Weakness
