Packaged Salad ER Visit - Kroger, Cary North Carolina

Ate one of these packaged salad kits January 1, 2017 and became violently ill approx. 4 hours later. Started with severe stomach pains and nausea, followed by vomiting and diarrhea every 15 minutes for 6 hours. Eventually became extremely dehydrated (dizziness, confusion, extreme thirst) and went to the ER that night. Was given medication to stop vomiting and 3 bags of fluid, but continued having bouts of diarrhea for a couple days afterwards. Also had fever and chills every night for 3-4 days. Went back to GP to receive another saline drip as I was still severely dehydrated. Nausea and dizziness did not go away for 10 days. Worst experience of my life and I will never eat another packaged salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Chills, Confusion, Stomach Pain
