Street Tacos Cause Illness - Kroger, Saint Johns Michigan

I bought the street taco chicken meal yesterday. I worked today and came home and prepared two tacos for me at 4;30. At about 8:30 I had to go to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I didn't feel too good. At 9:30 I vomited all of it for about ten minutes. I think it might have been the salsa/pico de Gallo in the packet. Not sure. I felt good until after I ate the tacos. I feel better now that I vomited it all up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
