I cooked a bag of frozen spinach I purchased from Kroger. About an hour and a half after eating I had diarrhea and stomach cramps. I laid down and woke up in the middle of the night and began throwing up. My husband was also throwing up as well. This lasted until the morning and then we both continued to suffer from nausea, stomach cramping and body aches. My children had the other items I cooked, but not the spinach and they were fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
