Now, Stauffers Mac and cheese Meal at 6-7pm awake vomiting 4am-7am.  8 rounds of vomiting, 2 incidents of diarrhea.  Vomits again after sip of water.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
