Severe Food Poisoning Taco Truck. thereFairfield Iowa Friday September 9th, 1:30pm
Visited this food truck with my girlfriend and her sister, (*sister also got food poisoning, she and I ate different food all day, except for the tacos from the food truck.)
By 8pm severe stomach pain/bloating.
10pm the diarrhea.
10pm onward, every 1-2 hours; wake up with diarrhea, accompanied by acute nausea and body chills/shakes.
8am this morning September 10th. No signs of improvement, same afflictions of food poisoning persist.
Wasted $45 paying for poisoned food yesterday.
Lost $312 calling in to work absent today.
