I had chicken breast, salad and tostones and I could not even finish it. My stomach was in pain at 4am and I throw up and had watery diarrhea. Not even pepto bismuth help. My stomach is in real pain and making noises. I never had pain like this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
