- comments: 6-501. 111 rat droppings noted in basement on floor around sump pump and floor drains. Dead roaches noted inside ice machine. Instd to remove all rat droppings, roaches, and clean and sanitize all areas. Provide floor drain covers. Instd to have updated service from pest control.
