I am a tourist from the US. I ate a vegetarian arepa here on 2/3/22. They offered two types of cheese, queso costeño, which they said was very salty, or Parmesan. I got my arepa with the queso for dinner. Around 3 am I woke up with slight fever, chills, diarrhea, vomiting. Sick in bed for about a whole day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
