Dinner with family @ 8pm. Only ate side dishes: baked potato, asparagus, and mac & cheese. Glass of Pinot Grigio.
Felt very bloated after meal. Came home and felt nauseous. Had violent diarrhea for 30 minutes, then gulped some pepto bismal and went to bed. Woke up dehydrated multiple times through the night & experienced prolonged stomach pain.
Diarrhea two more times the next day at work. Still feeling ill 21 hours later, but seems to be leveling off. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating, Stomach Pain
