One chicken and one Veggie enchiladas with white sauce. at the Babcock store this past Wednesday at 4:00 pm. She had diarrhea and threw up more than 14 Times. She let Mary know right at the store on Friday. She eats there Regularly and this has never happened. She got sick immediately and was near by at the dollar store when she started throwing up in the aisles. It continued for two days from ends. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
