We were in Vegas I’ve the weekend of the 25th of March. Returned last Sunday and was vomiting uncontrollably Monday evening. Diarrhea, fever, nausea, severe abdominal pain , cannot regulate body temp. . It’s April 1 and I still cannot and I haven’t eaten since Monday with limited fluids. Anything triggers spasms and elevated temp. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Gas
