Visited on 07/08/2023 around 2pm. The only thing I ate so what else’s could it be.
I at the 3 strip meal w/ wedges and macaroni and cheese. About 2 hours later stomach felt bloated and I felt ill. Have had diarrhea since yesterday evening. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
