I had a handful of lemon oreoswhich i dipped in a warm cup of lactaid milk before bed. After a couple hours i felts like a rock in stomach neascous then severe diarehea. I took ten immodium over the next couple hours n still had explosive watery diarehea running down legs. Had to change x5. Also wore depends to bed n still had leakage. Changed depends x4. My stomach muscles pelvic myscles sore as heck like i had beed exercing. I also had some dizziness n heart palpatations with headach fatique neaseau diahrea 3 days plus limiting food 2 more only jello n liquids tea ect. Then 2 days brat diet as tolerated.l fighting dehydration | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration, Dizziness, Fatigue
