I bought the morning star chicken nuggets and had 5 pieces on Tuesday. I proceeded to be nauseous for hours after and a distended stomach. Then I vomited for a couple hours and haven't been able to eat much other than rice.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Additional information: Purchased Reese’s Easter candy and got severely sick with violent vomiting hours after consuming.
