Can only asume it was the houlomi? Only me I am the others ate other food
About 30 min to an hour after I ate a pre cooked lentil and houlomi meal. I am vegetarian so I havent consumed meat for over 10 years
Excessive gas, stomach cramps and explosive watery stools 3 times tonight but no nausea

Update: I am absolutely fine thanks, it literally only lasted about 3 hours. I bought the ready cooked meal from here. I buy this meal from them regularly and it is the first time I have experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea after eating this lentil and houlomi meal. | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Nausea
