Picked up a cheese pizza around 1 pm and they added a garlic/cheese kind of topping. I had to go back since they didnt have any ready. Another gentleman did the same & the cashier added it without washing her hands. After consuming it both my son & I started having nausea and upset stomachs. Both ended up with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
