Ordered a pretzel pizza with pizza sauce but was given cheese sauce instead from Little Caesars but went ahead and ate it. Since then I have had extreme fatigue, nausea, vomiting diarrhea,bad stomach pain and cramping. Painful gas ,Headache and chills | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Gas
